THROUGH THE CLOUDS

And through the clouds

the moonlight lightens;

the darkened waters,

reflect.

Reminiscence

of beauty of old

responses

that awaken.

Remembering

the illusive promise

shimmering

for an instant told.

And clouds are

moving hastily

hiding the light

that illuminates.

And recall

is elicited

by vision

that moves him so.

FROM THE SEA

From the sea,

the word will spread

from the mountains, and valleys,

influence will exude.

Praises from the heaven,

flowing like water,

adulated states of reality

is the land and it’s creatures.

From nature expression will flow

a testimony for creation,

distance in between, is reconciled,

by the beauty that exists.

And men inspired,

aiding the vast plan,

and creation is comprised

of multitudes of aspects.

And needing they respond,

and bestowing their gifts,

they await,

continuity of states.

And each is part

of another,

a whole,

comprised, and interrelated.

INTO THE LIGHT

Into the light, they walk

leading to salvation,

and the depth of a matter

they guard.

And even when

the people tarry,

prevalance is for them

leading the people into the light .

From the depth of the oceans

from the heights of the heavens

they know,

the land is calling, requiring the waters.

The people are part of the earth,

part of creation

all connected taking part

and becoming.

SOJOURN

And alone she stood,

amid the ruins

the blowing winds

reminding of her promise.

Amid the ruins

she stands

patrolling the night are her guards

for a return of peace is imminent.

Reminding of faithfulness

she awaits standing

hard earth beneath her,

the sunlight softens lost hopes.

For her reflection

transcends all doubt

her stance dispelling

injustice.

And the winds pick up

and none can hear,

her word shoots forth,

and her face reminds.

And they remain

mesmerized

for she effects and transforms

their love.

EXCELLENCE

The toil of man

is reciprocated

and promises told,

are fulfilled.

For in light and promise

judgement is holding;

and blessed are the steps

rooted in excellence.

And their honor shines,

and all can know,

and guarded are man's attempts

and the angels weep for their survival.

And excellence is theirs to know.

promise that hold urge and give hope,

remaining without flaw,

as continual attempts.

THE LOVERS

And the winds howl in the desolate land;

and he awaits,

the skies and sea awaken,

as a remote calling remembered he perceives.

And through nature

wonders proclaim the glory of the name,

continuance and possibility,

denoting.

And the fire glows,

yellow flame, in between

and the lovers awaken

for they are awaiting.

And when love bestowed,

received and told,

the fire will still be

warming.

And love awaited,

is a remote

calling,

being answered.

CONTROL

And they keep

in control they remain

for knowing demise and victory

was a day so long .

They respond,

and the name remains

as steel

guarding.

And through the fire

they walk,

for their faith remains

and keeping a kingdom

is still.

And strength is kept

their composure is still,

and the truth held

is admired.

The lovers attempt

and the wise man still hold

for fortune is bestowed

on the living.

Many awaited,

and their ritual alive

giving possibility

for the living.

And a true motive gives forth

and conspiracy constricts,

and mutual attempts brings them closer.

And the glory still shines

and the new city is transformed,

into elements that remind

of the victory that once was.

Numbers and forms

permutations and building blocks

even structures tall and complex in function,

still tell.

MANY AWAIT

Many await,

and their hour will come,

new responses are awakening,

this moment.

And they do strive

a life time, awaiting,

for the mysteries remain

and their time is right.

And the meaning remains within

for it is theirs to keep,

and choosing a way,

is within their reach, expression leading the way.

And the mysteries are concealed

yet a man still ponders

believing his life

and the gifts bestowed.

Living out their fates,

awaiting their destiny

are brave attempts upholding a lifeline

is the opportunity of man.

hee are some more inspiration from the elements and the stars

EVEN THE THE STARS

Respond to my love
I need ,
I can see this moment
yet cannot discern.
And your promise from long ago;
a love so noble, I await;
even the course of the stars adhere accordingly,
to your promise.
And awaiting,
alleviates, for I improve
an instant have I advanced
and yet mightier are the waters.
For your promise, that reminds
of possibility, that will allow
is real,
and the stars can chart.
And today
the waters remain tranquil
and clarity of vision
is with me.

THE BREATH OF CREATION

Life passages;
clear as day;
the merit proclaimed
by the seeker.
Knowing in an instant
the merit
within;
for the breath of creation is clear passage.
And the nature of shadow
is to hide and reveal;
for the light
still comes through.
And reflections seen;
that which escaped
the obscurity
of the work of mere man.
And the light still seen
is a passage;
the breath of creation
for the seeker.

I like "new age" music, but that is a problematic statement LOL When I say new age, it's a loose categorization, perhaps ambient is a better description. I LOVE the hearts of space broadcast from minnesota public radio. You can listen for free on Sundays at hos.com, and I found a download with all 600+ episodes. As I said to sage sweetwater, I had a "musical orgasm" LOL I am listening to 1 a day at least. I can send some to you if you like :) I'd just need your email. They average 50 megs a broadcast

Hello Michaela--

Just in case you have not noticed it yet, there are two small images at the top of your profile page that let you know when others here are communicating with you. The small envelope lets you know when you have messages and the tiny person when you have friend invites. Once you click on them, you can choose how you wish to respond or not respond.

I hope you enjoy your experience here at Creative Thinkers International,

One of the traditions at CTI that has helped us form a meaningful and yet flexible sense of community is the Spotlight Artist. Marina, our CTI Spotlight Artist for July 1-15, 2008, hails from Germany and is both one of our most generous sharers, with more than 80 photos at CTI, and one of the first to join our growing community. CTI Spotlight Artist Robert M, May 16-31, 2008

We could go on quite a bit about his tailored background images, video choices, and the fact that he has established several groups at CTI. But rather than doing that, we invite you to explore for yourself his created wonders at http://creativethinkersintl.ning.com/profile/RobertM

They actually have the archives to prove it! Their current issue not only honors one of poetry’s nobler traditions with its dedication to our very challenged "brothers and sisters in Tibet, Burma and Darfur,” but remains true to its mission by providing a platform for some of the most vibrant contemporary poetic voices on the planet. It is truly our honor at CTI to present Poetry Life and Times as our Spotlight Artist for April 16-30, 2008. CTI Spotlight on Daughters of Destiny March 16-31, 2008

Miriam K. Center, Founder of MKC Daughters of Destiny (photo by John Zeuli) As most of you know, March is Women’s History Month on our side of the world. Considering that women make up slightly more than half the planet’s population, it seemed appropriate to step outside the box of our normal way of thinking when it comes to the bi-weekly Spotlight Artist for March 16-31, 2008, and this time acknowledge the work of MKC Daughters of Destiny. While there are a number of Daughters of Destiny organizations around the globe, it just so happens that Miriam K. Center is one of our very own members whose creativity includes her leadership within the organization, her work as a poet, journalist, and author of a somewhat notorious novel. We are honored to invite you to learn more about Daughters of Destiny and Ms. Center at: http://creativethinkersintl.ning.com/profile/ADaughterofDestiny

We are honored to present Ms. Tardif as the CTI Spotlight Artist for March 1-15, 2008, and invite you learn more about this gifted Canadian author at http://creativethinkersintl.ning.com/profile/CherylKayeTardif .
